Jodi Gaines, Founder & CEO
Jodi Gaines is a nationally recognized leader in mortgage servicing with more than 35 years of experience in investor claims, field services and operational strategy. As CEO and Co-Founder of G7 Service Group, Jodi brings a claims-informed perspective to property preservation, helping clients navigate compliance challenges, mitigate risk and recover more through accurate, well-documented field work.
Jodi began her career as a claims clerk at Anchor Mortgage and quickly rose through the ranks to become an Assistant Vice President at North American Mortgage Company. In 2002, she co-founded Claims Recovery Financial Services (CRFS), a leading investor and government claims provider that she built from the ground up. Under her leadership, CRFS grew to more than 600 employees and became one of the most trusted names in claims processing.
Her impact on the industry has been recognized with several awards, including the James L. Bopp Service Award and the Five Star Women in Housing Laurie A. Maggiano Legacy Award. She currently serves on the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Loan Administration Committee and is a past president and executive board member of the New York Mortgage Bankers Association.
Jodi is also deeply committed to community service, serving as President of the United Way of Orleans County and Secretary at Holy Family Parish. Her career reflects a rare combination of technical expertise, entrepreneurial grit and a longstanding commitment to doing work that serves both clients and communities..
Kellie Chambers, Founder & COO
Kellie Chambers brings more than 20 years of field services experience to her role as Co-Founder and President/COO of G7 Service Group. A recognized leader in property preservation, Kellie has built her career around operational excellence, strong vendor relationships and a deep commitment to supporting clients through every stage of the asset lifecycle.
Before launching G7, Kellie served as President and COO of MSI, where she helped lead one of the industry’s largest preservation firms. Her career spans roles from trainer to executive leadership, shaping her hands-on, people-first approach to field management. She is known for building high-performing teams, elevating contractor partnerships and driving continuous improvement across field operations.
Kellie is a 2015 HousingWire Rising Star and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS). She has contributed her expertise to MBA-sponsored HUD working groups and has been featured as a speaker and panelist at leading industry events including Five Star, MBA Servicing, the National Property Preservation Conference and the AISLE Institute.
A dedicated mentor and advocate for emerging leaders, Kellie continues to support the next generation of professionals advancing the mission to preserve properties, protect communities and deliver exceptional service in the field.
Marcel Bryar, Founder & General Counsel
Marcel Bryar is a seasoned executive and regulatory strategist with more than two decades of experience in mortgage operations, public policy and financial services law. As Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor to G7 Service Group, Marcel brings deep insight into federal housing policy, investor guidelines and compliance frameworks that shape the servicing and property preservation landscape.
Marcel is also Co-Founder of Mortgage Policy Advisors, a Washington, DC-based advisory firm that helps mortgage companies navigate complex regulatory environments and pursue strategic growth. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with federal agencies, government mortgage insurers and secondary market stakeholders to design practical solutions to high-stakes industry challenges.
He has held senior roles at Fannie Mae and JP Morgan Chase, where he led major legal and business initiatives. His contributions include leading the development and rollout of the Making Home Affordable program, shaping the Servicing Alignment Initiative for the Federal Housing Finance Agency and overseeing implementation of the National Mortgage Settlement.
Marcel earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Yale University. He is widely respected for his ability to connect policy and operations, and for helping organizations drive results through clarity, structure and collaboration.
